What does annual billing save?

Annual plans are priced at ten months, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly.

Can I add a module mid-cycle?

Yes. New modules and extra seats are pro-rated to the current billing cycle and appear on the next invoice.

How are SMS and WhatsApp reminders charged?

Through a prepaid wallet topped up by UPI Autopay or card. Each message is deducted at the published per-message rate, and every top-up is GST-invoiced.
